I’m not gonna lie, but I actually Googled Knight Industries... Then it all came back to me...

 

Nice. Brings back memories..I can hear the theme.....

 

That just looks like one of any possible number of single-row amber LED light bars, probably 30 or 32 inches long, mounted behind the grille on something like the Rago or Cali Raised hidden light bar mounts.

 

Just glad I'm not the only one who got it. I would have felt really old then. lol

Hey, how do you like the Cavalry Blue color? That was actually my first choice, but I would have had to have waited for another shipment to come in... I didn’t want to wait, so went with the murdered-out, all black...

What's so special about this one in particular? To be honest, it looks like thousands of other LED strips as one in the photo. Does this particular one have any exceptional features? If it's the orange color you like, just scour the online stores. There`re hundreds of them out there. Among a good brand, I chose https://www.vont.com/product/vont-car-smart-strip-light/. Pretty good diodes, it has its merits. Whatever you buy, even if you find the brand you wrote about, don't get the cheap junk. I know for a fact that after a couple of months they start to burn out, and you have to reinstall them.
