Anybody know any good local fab shops in SoCal?

What's up people. I finally got my hands on the 3rd gen I've been looking for and I want to get some armor done but I don't want to pay massive amounts for shipping. I'm in the Long Beach area and I wanted to know if anybody here has found a good fabrication shop that sells and installs, or makes their own, armor. I'm looking to get sliders, a winch bumper, and rear bumper with a spare tire swing out.
