Hello all, I'm Tom from east central PA. just picked up a 2014 SR5 in magnetic grey, leather interior with the Atrac option. I absolutely love it!
Planning on TRD grill mod , budget boost to start and some wheels and tires. I'm thinking Trd wheels but no sold on them yet.

If your just going for the look, TRD Pro wheels look great. But, the TRD Off-road wheels are the most practical and can be had for cheap used. They are the only ones that are 7.5 wide, the other choices (Pro and SR5) are 7 inch.

7.5 wide will let you go up to a 295/70 wide tire. The other wheels at 7 wide, allows a max of 275/70 wide. Tire shops will often mount a 285 on a 7 inch rim, but that technically outside the manufactures recommendations for most tire makers. Also, the advantage with staying OEM Toyota wheels, is they better stuff bigger tires inside the wheel arches where aftermarket wheels often can exasperate running problems... But all this maybe moot if you stay stock tire sizes.

Thanks for the gracious welcome. I appreciate the wheel advice. I'm currently looking at something black or dark grey for wheel color. Not really into the off road wheels, still looking for the right ones. I'm in no rush I plan on keeping this thing for a while. So far I have LED exterior lights tail to turn and turn to reverse upgrade, afe CAI, and tint on the fronts.

In my honest opinion they stopped making "real" jeeps in 2006. With 2 kids a 2 door just isn't an option. Plus they are grossly over priced these days
