I'm trying to add a power outlet for the car cam.
If I use a relay from fuse box, I have to take off the fuse box cover, so I'm searching for other possible power outlet, and I found this.

Anyone knows what is it and how to add a power outlet from?

Where do they lead to? Seems the previous owner, for what ever reason, wanted to tap into the OBDII dongle, for some reason, and they also grounded there. Follow the leads yo, and find where they go, and youll may find out why they did what they did ... That, is NOT OEM, so no one can 100% tell you what it is. That is a aftermarket add on lol.

As far as adding, a keyed on, or constant hot, (i did the same thing for my dash cam constant), just find that source you want.

Constant (key off hot) for what i needed.

If im seeing right, looks like i used FOG FR, whatever that is, and dont really care, it was a constant 12, soooo it was chosen.

    And bobs your uncle.

Find where those leads go, im curious to see wtf the other owner was thinking/doing :)
