Vent window to full window?

    Hello,

    I am rebuilding a 86 4Runner with a Vent window on each door. We want to get rid of the vent window and use a single pane of glass from the models that did not have vents. Will we be able to get a full window and cut out the frame from the vent? Has anyone done this conversion? What was you experience ?

    you may be better off finding a set of doors keep in mind many of the W/O vent doors are power windows someone here maybe able to tell what models came with
    single pane crank up if you plan on painting your truck its not a problem
