180 awning rear hatch interference

    Thinking of getting a 180 degree awning but I'm wondering how much of a pain it is opening and closing the rear hatch with the awning tie down strap in the way. Anyone with a 180 awning able to latch the rear awning strap to your rack (or other mounting point) in a way that allows you to open and close the rear hatch without undoing the awning tie down each time?
