How many Garage door panels do you have...4 or 5? My 2019 TRD Pro barely fits (b/c of roof rack) in a 4 panel garage door. I plan on adding a spacer lift and 31s but first I need to do some garage reconstruction. :-(

Jumping in on this thread a little late...but I had the same dilemma. Received my TDR Pro a little over a month ago. I moved back to a 4Runner after having a well built Tacoma the last couple years. While the Fox suspension on the '19 TRD Pro is a huge improvement over the Bilsteins..it is not quite a King or ICON setup. I also greatly missed the 3" lift I had on my Tacoma. The Fox suspension also isn't likely gonna hold up to the added weight of new bumpers, roof accessories, etc. That being said, I ordered an ICON setup which should go on sometime next month. If I were to do this again, I definitely would not have gone with the Pro (I did toss away $$ on that)....but I honestly hadn't expected to update as much as I have on the new truck. I guess I still have the Tacoma in my blood and am wanting the 4Runner to be similar. Will post pics when the new kit has been mounted.

Has anyone tried the Toytec TOP1-T front top plate spacer kit on the 19 TRD Pro Fox Coilovers yet?
if so, how much did it help?
I hate that the Fox coilovers still make the 4Runner look like it is nose diving, even after advertising that it "increased" front ride height. It rides amazing & I just want the front to be level with the back, is that too much to ask?? haha

Here is the link for the Toytec part

Wait until you see if you need the clearance. Dont ruin that drive ability unless there is a functional reason for doing so. Spacer lifts are really crude. I would never ruin a high performance suspension by adding a spacer to it. My rule is always add performance never subtract from it.

    Just bought dat bish
If you're going to lift your T4R, do it right. Don't put some shitty block lift on. If you paid more for the factory fox suspension, then you prob have enough money to put an even better suspension on. Plus there is a good market out there for folks wanting to buy that TRD Fox suspension. I recently installed a king suspension on a Tacoma and the guy already had a buyer lined up for the fox suspension which I installed the next day. Both were super happy with the results. And the stick fox does add more height in the front.

Emailed Toytec early January to see what my options were for my VooDoo Blue. At this time, Toytec advises they do not currently offer any spacer kits for the 2019 TRD Pro Fox suspension but they are in the works. I have not seen any other aftermarket manufacturer that specifies their kits will work with the Fox suspension. Most actually say their kits will not work. IMO the ride is dialed in exquisitely. If we the ride is even better than my 17 Ram Rebel with the 4 corner Airride.

I am just looking for another 2” in height.

does any one know if the rear springs used in the 2019 pro with the Fox shocks are same as the earlier years used with Bilstein or the non Pros shocks on the 4runners thanks

I'm in the same boat: 2019 TRD Pro 4Runner, but adding a lot of weight (RTT, bumpers, 285 tires, etc.) and need a lift on the Fox suspension. Wondering what the simplest way to achieve a little lift while keeping the Fox setup. There's gotta be at least a spacer kit that'll work.

You're confusing height with spring rate. The reason why people change their shocks and springs when they add weight has less to do with "lift" and more to do with making sure the suspension cycles correctly. If you're adding a thousand pounds of static weight to the truck with tents and bumpers and other junk, your coils will be overloaded and bottom out frequently, bouncing everywhere, and your shocks won't be able to dampen properly. That's why people select coils with a higher spring rate. Conversely, if you selected a much heavier coil on a truck at stock weight, it will be much too stiff. You'll chatter over everything like a forklift with no suspension at all.

Adding a spacer to "lift" the truck won't accomplish what you need when you're adding that much weight. All it does is push the truck up by reducing the overall available suspension stroke, making your ride worse and less capable than stock.

No offense, but if you're asking which spacer lift can offset a thousand pounds of gear, you're already up the wrong creek. Consider keeping the truck stock and enjoying it without adding all that stuff you probably don't need.

If you really insist that you need all of that stuff, talk to a supplier about your planned additions and let them help you select a suspension setup that will work correctly. You can sell your stock suspension in the classifieds to offset the cost.

Thanks, Tory. That makes good sense! However, I do need all the stuff :) So, new suspension might be necessary. Which is a bummer. If I had to do it over again, I probably would've skipped getting the Pro, but there are some other advantages to that model. I wonder then if the Fox setup would benefit from stiffer springs, but I'll ask my local shop.

I tooled around with changing the springs with the Fox setup. At the end of the day it just wasn't going to be the best route. I went with the ICON setup and am glad I did. A substantial improvement over the Fox system based on my current setup. Had I not added the additional weight and gear, the Fox would have been perfect.

I got a trd pro 4runner on February and added a 3" ready lift offered by the dealer, and everything worked ok, but today I visited Toytec in Colorado and they explained me that I was limiting the performance of the fox shocks

Because you're displacing available suspension travel when you add what are essentially hockey pucks to your coil stack. No such thing as a free lunch.

Yes, I have it's a 2019 Trd pro and the dealer offered a 3" ready lift set. It already comes with the fox shocks

Sick. So readylift DOES offer a 3” lift Pro specific? I know they do for the Tundra.

How did they do your skid plate? Did they use spacers for the diff drop?
I added mine and I’m wondering if I did it right.
