‘96 & ‘99 Limited 4Runner

Hey yall, I got a 99 4Runner auto. It started throwing code p0758 - shift solenoid B electrical. I swapped out all the solenoids, changed the filter, and added new oil. However, the code won’t clear and hasn’t fixed the shifting problem. Any ideas what else it could be?
