I haven't looked inside my tail lights yet to see what kind of reflector is involved.

I installed in my 2018 based off of some other sites and discussions. Not sure if they made a huge difference for me, seems to be about the same amount of light thrown while reversing.

i was just looking at these on Amazon. saw a couple reviews that said they weren't much brighter than stock halogens which defeats the purpose and that one person said it wouldnt fit in an 18 runner. weird.

i think im gonna hold off and find something else.
