Back in May, 2013, I upgraded from my tired old 2wd Tacoma, to this piece. A very cherry 99 SR5 with almost 200k miles.

I got it 100% stock. It was super clean and ran like a top. Only issue was a broken window guide in the rear hatch. bought a dented hatch of craigslist and fixed it right up. Took it wheeling 3 or 4 times at Catahoula ORV park in Sicily Island, Louisiana. Somewhere along the line I added a Daystar 2.5" spacer lift, a B&M 70268 Trans cooler, Andres' Devil Horns. and some Rigid Dually spots. I also swapped my interior lights with LEDs from superbrightleds.com, blacked out my center caps, and started blacking out my fender trim.

Next up was my 285s. Came across a set of Wrangler MTRs w/Kevlar and decided to jump on them. At the same time I bought a set of factory rims and tires off my roommate from his 97 Limited. So I painted my stockers with some duplicolor graphite and had the local shop put them on. I'd originally planned on just running the MTR's for wheeling trips, and running the stock 31's for daily duty, but it just looks so damn sexy. Around the same time I went ahead and deleted my front sway bar.

Last weekend our local Toyota tribe took a trip out to Gilmer TX to Barnwell Mountain Recreation Area. Had great fun out there. It's a great park with excellent facilities. Check them out if your in the area! Anyway, here's some poser shots!

The black 97 belongs to my roommate.

I love the look with the MTR's! Silver always looks good on 4Runner's!

Thanks! When I was looking, color was never a factor, but it sure has grown on me!
