Hey, crew! So happy to have found this forum. Hoping some of you will help me out as I move toward getting out of my Tacoma and into a 4runner.

I got a 2018 Tacoma TRD OR a couple months ago and am not liking it. At all. Looking forward to learning more about the 4runner here.

Kinda teetering at the moment between the SR5 premium and the TRD OR. Time will tell.

Welcome! Bummer that the Tacoma didn't live up to expectations. Loving my '18 T4R ORP.

I have a 17 TRD ORP with a OME suspension (3” lift), 285/70/R17’s and a few other things. Great vehicle and I know you won’t be disappointed going to it from the Tacoma

I’ve just gone from a Taco to a 4 Runner ORP. They’re different vehicles but the 4 Runner has better off road capability, better build quality, and better high speed handling. The 4 Runner has better brakes as well. If you need a box, then just hook up a trailer - best of all worlds! They look cool, and they’re better suited to VIP service if you ever need to go somewhere, or transport someone important.

Welcome! My neighbor bought a new Taco about 8 months ago. I'll have to ask him how he likes it so far. I know he likes my new 4 Runner, he keeps staring at it lol.

when I moved in I noticed my neighbor kept looking over at my runner. few weeks later comes over introduced himself while I was washing frank. he started asking questions next think you know hes looking and sitting. then comes home with a nice OR a week after that. he ended up trading his 12 f250.

I bet he's wondering how much money he'd lose if he traded on a 4runner...
