How to replace the rear wiper arm?

2001 TOYOTA SR5 4 Runner Thunder Cloud Dark Silver

How does one REPLACE the rear window WIPER ARM on a 2001 SR5 4 Runner. The ARM does not want to come OFF after the NUT IS REMOVED? Possibly Rusted ON ? Can it be taken off with Channel Locks?

in most cases fold it open at the joint and pull it off.

Spray it with KnockerLoose and let it set for 30 minutes.
