We had a stock 2014 SR5 for my wife, went in for an oil change and left with my retirement truck, 2018 4R OR. We agreed she will drive it until my 2006 Tacoma dies or she finds her Highlander or Avalon she wants. I think she is getting too attached to my 4R. Just a humorous situation, wondering if anyone has been in one like this. lol!

Daughter's first vehicle was a used 07 Tacoma (MT with manual everything) that worked it's way up to 110K+ miles. I had an 06 Tundra (AT with power everything) with under 40K miles. Gave her my Tundra and traded her Tacoma in for an 18 T4R ORP. So in a way, we both ended up with new vehicles.

OK the Tundy was not new new but it was new to her and it is nicer than her Taco was with a lot fewer miles.

you know what they say. happy wife...pissed off husband. wait, happy life. yeah that's it. since your gonna keep your taco, here's an idea, my wife and me trade off driving our commuter car (12 accent) to keep miles low on our vehicles. her xc90T8 and my runner
