OK so I bought this truck from a friend today, got it for a great price and hope to fix it. Truck ran fine Monday night, wouldn't start Tuesday morning when he went to leave for work. There are 15 stored codes in the computer. I can tell you in the last year, he's replaced the transmission which was done at Toyota, 6 new Airtex coils, new plugs, new radiator, new thermostat and housing, new belt, new manifolds and cats, oil changed and air filter changed 2 months ago, possibly more but not sure at the moment. Truck has the 4.0 and has about 250K miles on it currently. I'm leaning towards one or both of the cam sensors causing most of this and causing the no start issue but I could be wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Stored codes are as follows
    P0340
    P0345
    P0020
    P0010
    P0343
    P0348
    P0102
    P0113
    P0118
    P0121
    P0123
    P0452
    P2135
    P0778
    P2716

Ever find out what the issue was? Was it timing? I’m having similar issues
