'08 4runner

Hey everyone I just traded in my 2003 4Runner for a 2008 4Runner. I'm looking for wheel suggestions. The style I'm looking for is similar to to the bottom pic posted below. Also can anybody identify these wheels? First pic is my new 4Runner.

Also I've only lowered Vehicles this is my first vehicle I'll be lifting, would like suggestions on a lift kit or can you just buy spacers?
