Lead times (OPOR/ Metal-tech)

Anyone else getting screwed by OPOR (Metal-tech)?

I was quotes 6-8 weeks... it has been over 12 weeks to receive my sliders.

They sent me a tracking number last week but shows it hasn't even been processed.

 

have you contacted them?

 

Over 30 emails back and forth, and multiple phone calls.

Correction to my previous post, they said 8 weeks, it has been 16...

I have emailed the owner Mark but have not heard back.

 

I would cancel, and demand my money. This has got to stop.

 

That would mean waiting for my money to be refunded/ ordering C4 and waiting 6 weeks...

Then you are enabling them to keep doing it, like another company that just went 7.

 

Agree. These companies need to be bought out by a Private Equity group and professionalize the manufacturing/ fulfillment.

Fun fact: I had one of the first 3rd gen Tacomas ever. I lent it to that other company (RIP) for 3 months for R&D in exchange for their whole product line in aluminum.
