It covers the Engine, Tranny, Transfer Case/ all wheel drive assembly, drivetrain assembly...
On the back of that page under section B subsection number 9
It stated "Your vehicle if it has been modified or if it has any alterations to the powertrain, the suspension (including tires or wheel sizes or offsets) or the exhaust system not approved by the manufacturer of your vehicle".

Where it gets stupid is on the lower right hand corner
That states please submit all claims and claim information requests to CNA NATIONAL WARRANTY CORPORATION

Do I need Toyota's blessing and or CNA NATIONAL WARRANTY CORPORATION?
Where can I find a email address so I can get approval?
Where can I find a list on approved components?

This information was pulled off the PRO CERTIFIED LIFETIME WARRANTY document I signed.
    Thanks

I found my answer directly from the company, they stated "
If the vehicle is modified then we will not cover any failures due to a modification that is beyond what the vehicle was built with.

Modifications to the vehicle will limit coverage on your vehicle.

Please call us at 1-800-722-4758 and speak with a claims adjuster to ask any further questions."

You can probably cancel that warranty and get your money back. I mean it sounds like you can't even put different tires or better shocks than stock on it without voiding the warranty.
