Where is my fuse panel???

    2011 SR5
    Bilstein lift, Raceline wheels, Pioneer CarPlay radio with backup cam, AVS Visors, Husky floor mats.
    I have a 2011 SR5 and the internet says the fuse panel should be under the driver side dash. There is no fuse panel there whatsoever.
