So I just bought this 2007 with 132K miles on it. Had to have the rear diff, water pump, serpentine belt, radiator, break calipers replaced. I dumped a lot of cash into it. Now I notice a rattle on the driver side panel. I noticed this screw was rusted out and loose. Need some advice on how to get it fixed. Should I take it to a dealer? or a bodyshop. Just looking for some advice or help. Ive attached a pic to show exactly what the problem is. IMG-0834.jpg Thanks

You don't say where the car has been or where it currently is. But, it looks like rusting from inside the door. Could be a flood damaged car (ouch). Be sure that the drain holes in the bottom of the door are cleared and drain out the water. If you can pull the door panel and check inside to get an idea of how much rust there is. Perhap a used door and painted to match is worth considering. While ur at it, you might check other door interior conditions as well.
