Just got these G-FX TR-10 made just for Toyota on my 4Runner today w/ Falken Wildpeak ATW3 on them. I was able to use my original lugs. Went on line to Dsicounttiredirect.com and their web teams helped.

The last time I did any photography with the 35mm was in '98 when I was doing some security work on the east side of the Adriatic Sea. Pretty much all inland but you'll get the idea if you look at a map.
I took 5 rolls of film, most everything in the shots has a bullet hole in it. Anywho...

Have gotten some fairly nice shots through the recent years with a cell, just wanted to elevate the potential and figured this would be a fair place to start (the D3400).

Once I start playing around with some photos and Lightroom I may, well most likely will, ping you about any presets you use.

Received my heat shield side window sun shade ($50) and coupled with the front windshield custom shade from Toyota dealership ($24) I got a while back. With solar guard 10% tint rear and 60% front. Keeps the heat out pretty damn good!!

It’s 102 right now, keeping my rig nice and cooler inside.

Maybe we can convince @Bob to start up a generic Photography section under Off-Topic.

I’d be game... I shoot a Canon 30D. I’ve been out of touch using it lately but would love some motivation to jump back into photography.

I got ceramic paint protection and window tinting today. It looks great and water just falls off. One thing that irritates me a little is that I dropped it off with about 14 miles on the odometer and picked it up with about 21. The only reason that I noticed or care is because it was so low.

Nope. I didn’t notice until I was driving away and I didn’t think there was anything to gain by going back to ask. The guys doing the work were young, they had it all day, probably drove it to lunch or something. Once I got home, I checked the undercarriage to make sure it hadn’t been off road.

I also added dog protection. Unfortunately we have to wait for the tint to cure before we let our dog rub her nose all over the windows.

Had my skid plate powder coated black and added vinyl decals to add a little spice lol. I didn't care much for the stock silver look, it kinda didn't blend in with the look of the vehicle. Next I will be removing the roof rails to have them powder coated as well. Rock rails should be here on Monday, looking forward to putting them on. That’s nice! I powder coated my rack, $40.
I’d like to get the skid plate, that’s a nice touch to powder coat it! Looks awesome !

If it were me i’d call them out on it. This behavior is unacceptable and the boss needs to know about it. If no one tells them, there could very well be another victim

Another reason that I didn’t say anything is that I’m about 80% sure on the mileage when I dropped it off. I don’t want to accuse people unless I’m 100%. But I agree, it is unprofessional.

Take a picture of your truck any and every time you drop it off. Do this in their parking lot capturing their business in the pictures, no way to dispute your pictures are current. 4 corners, interior, dash. Proof of any damage they caused at pickup time.

Looks good!! I was looking to do the same thing on the roof racks. I don’t know why Toyota just didn’t make the rails in black with the end pieces. That is the only chrome on my White PRO. Does not look right.

I got the XL, (100” long) because I wanted it to extend all the way with the seats folded. It has about 10” of extra length that I shoved between the seats so I probably could have gotten away with an 80” version but I also wanted the split sections up front which I couldn’t find at that length. It seems like good quality so I can’t complain.

A drive up to Bingham Cooper mine overlook! i.e Kennicott Copper Mine, RioTinto

The mine is really amazing, how the mountain has been turned inside out over the last 30-40 years. The big shovel at the bottom of the pit is 3x the size of the big dump trucks. Pretty amazing.
