2005 SR5 4Runner, passenger side front turn signal/daytime driving light. So first thing I do is buy a new bulb, a Sylvania 9006, and it doesn't work. I check it and the old bulb on a volt meter and both are good. I can hear the relay with it fast-clicking indicating an issue with he bulb. The rear light on the same side is blinking fast as I would expect.

Question is, if the relay is bad would it still make the clicking sound? The driver's side works fine.

New sockets did nothing. Checked the old socket and it was good...
