Bluetooth keeps shutting down

2012 4Runner Limited Pearl

Hi all,

I have a 2012 4Runner with Entune and navigation. When driving the vehicle the bluetooth works just fine, suddenly with out warning the radio comes back on and the bluetooth shuts down. When I tried to re-pair it I got a message that says 'Bluetooth off". I have tried installing the update but it still shuts down. Ant tips would be greatly appreciated.
