New Member question on best Heavy Duty ladder for my 2024 with TRD Pro Roof Rack. Gobi no drill?

 

I want the gobi, it is no-drill to the roof and no-drill to the ladder. Win win.

On the fence as well to what ladder to eventually get. I have a Prinsu Pro full rack on the way and dont really like the look of most ladders with all the exposed bolts. Also not a huge fan of the drilling part. The Gobi looks the best but im worried that the rounded look not flowing with the rest of the build.

 

I think the Westscott Designs is the "strongest" ladder. But you may not like the design with exposed bolts.

My opinion is the door all the ladders are mounting to is the weakest link for weight bearing. I don't climb on my ladder weight bearing but it is very useful using as handle while loading and unloading the roof rack.

 

i like my Gobi and i am also running a Prinsu roof rack.

 

Everyone has a different opinion on "looks" and mixing different styles. Here is my Wescott Designs Modular with Bajarack ladder.

Westcott ladder, hands down! I doubt you'll find a better made one.
