    When you create new threads from now on, your default setting will be to receive emails when there are new replies to your thread since the last time you read it. This is to help members who forget to check the site after asking a question.

    Below is what now gets checked automatically: "and receive email notifications" so the thread creator gets updated when people reply to him or her.
