Any help is much appreciated. We have a 2005 4Runner Limited V6 with paint code 8R3. The color seems to be pacific blue metallic. Just the left corner (drivers) of the rear bumper is cracked - see pic. The shop wants over $1000 to fix it and I can get the part for $89 from rock auto. The only issue is I don't know how to get it a close match to the car's color. I could call every junk yard in the area to see if they have a blue one. Or I could go with some generic color match spray, spray it in my basement and hope it looks decent. The car is old and has its scrapes so its not a big deal but I'd like to do as nice of a job as I can without breaking the bank. I did find a company called Painnt A Part and they have some 4 runner bumpers but they want $450 because they replace the whole bumper. My bumper is made up of 3 parts: drivers corner, main bumper, passenger corner. I only need to replace the drives rear corner which is part:

Any thoughts? Thank you so much.

I would think you can get a shop to spray that part for $150-$200. Good paint work is not cheap. It's not going to match the adjacent panels due to the fade of your current paint.

Thanks. That’s one option. Was also thinking of getting the bumper part for 80 and then using duplicolor blue to paint it for 20 and then duplicolor clear coat for another 10. Anyone done this before? Think it will look half decent? Thx

Much appreciated. Only question I currently have is do you think there is a junk yard out there that has this part in the pacific blue metallic? It can have scratches and blemishes since the rest of the car does. I just cant imagine calling every junk yard in the states. There was a service that I used to try and locate it but a ton of junk yards filled my email box with auto responses saying they had parts when they actually did not...

To do the corner of the bumper, here is everything the paint link above says I need. I called and told them it was a brand new part. They said I need:
    12 oz Aerosol Spray Paint, 2005 Toyota 4RUNNER: Pacific Blue Metallic 8R3 AER-BC $19.95 $19.95
12 oz Aerosol High Gloss Clear Coat AER-CC $9.95 $9.95
12 oz Aerosol Plastic Parts Adhesion Promoter AER-AP $9.95 $9.95

Is all of that needed? Just curious because the bumper is $90 with shipping add these paints are $50 with shipping. If I need them and they'll make it come out nice, I'll spend the money. Thanks for any feedback.
