'12 4Runner SR5-P 4WD

I am new to the forum, coming from Tacomaworld. I used to have a 2010 Taco sport (which I absolutely loved), but sold during a move and decided to try the 4Runner this time.

So my question is: I'm looking at a '12 Runner SR5 Premium with 135K miles, no issues, in very good condition. The guy was able to knock it down to $15K. After trolling though the nets, it seems to be a good deal, not sure what you all think? Thanks!
