    I have a Bludriver but wouldn't recommend it since you cannot read transmission fluid temps on Toyotas with it. Makes it worthless for changing the tranny fluid. Learned this the hard way in the middle of changing the tranny fluid ony daughters Camry. Had to do the clown dance procedure jumping the obd2 pins and shifting back and forth from neutral to drive until the light came on.

    I think I'm going to get a Scangauge or ultragauge before either of our cars needs it's next tranny fluid change.

    I found this site (associated with the iOS/Android app) to be informative on what to get, what not to get but I haven’t bought one yet.

    I had a $30 VeePeak-brand one that worked for around 1.5-2 years of rare use before dying a mysterious death so I wouldn't get that again.

    I had this one and it works "ok". But when reading live data the connection disconnects.

    I bought a cheap($25) ELM327 compatible adapter and bought the Torque Pro app for Android. I can read and clear codes and I setup a real-time info dashboard to monitor transmission temps when towing.
