Would like to stiffen suspesion without lifting. Any shock or heavier coil advise would be appreciated

    spacer lift front 1inch
my 2016 SR5 I also did not like the dip on braking .. to much bounce . what I found was toyota uses two springs that are not the same in the front. the right pass side spring is weaker than the driver side. this was done because of the gas tank driver side.

so on the cheap and less work I used a one spring spacer on the driver side bottom of the spring .. on the passenger side I used 2 smaller spacers bottom .. had to cut all of them so they would not hit shock . so far now , not much bounce and stiffer ride.

the CV joints are straighter than before so the boots are not rubbing on the ribs as before on the right side.

springs took a set after about 3K miles thats when I installed these and now it is at the same height as new.

I was gonna use the bilstein 1 inch lift strut BUT too much lift .. lift is about 1/2 in but less dip stiffer..

the pass side spring I also used a rat tail file to shape the coil spacer grove fit , as this spring is very ODD....

That's very interesting jcat. Great suggestion. I never knew they staggered spring ratings. I'll look into this for sure. Appreciate the info.
