I have the one left installed and I cannot find any schematics or videos (all I find is information on the black one on the right.

Additionally, everybody says you must remove the supercharger to change the plugs, but I just changed all six easily.

And finally, most say Toyota never fitted a SC at the factory but I've found a few resources that say only some of the '98s were, the rest were done out of the dealerships.

I am selling it and want to have the most accurate information.

What is the model on the left anybody?

    Thank you!!!

Isn't it just the earlier version?

Yes I suppose, I just can't seem to find the schematics or any video for it anywhere (only the black ones). I was hoping someone could save me some time...

the one on the left is a first generation supercharger.

    right is second generation.

keep in mind, the term "generation" is not making reference to the 4runner itself.

Not to be rude but duh, its a first gen SC.

Not my question, I am looking for the schematics for the SC as it is not the same as the second gen SC.

The bolt pattern is different, the oil fill hole is located in a different place, the design of the body is obviously different (as I can change spark plugs without removing the SC).

I would like to understand how it is constructed without taking it apart and finding out the hard way.

Again, I am sure I could find it somewhere out there, but that is what these forums are all about, sharing stuff you already know and saving your 4-runner family time, money and heartache! IMHO

    Thanks!!!

I had no intentions in being rude by my comment above. Just trying to help out.

You asked what supercharger it was, so i answered the question:

"What is the model on the left anybody?" towards the end of your 1st post.

The other forum member even understood your post the same way I did, Its even in your title dude.

FYI - Im not into dicks.

That being said, go ahead and enjoy a big juicy meaty one for me.

This kind of behavior is not needed in this forum. Either be thankful for the help or leave.
    Thanks for contributing @ramonortiz55

Maybe consider not wasting your time here and contact Magnuson directly for schematics instead of trash-talking helpful members.
