I’ve recently gotten a 2016 SR5 and wanted to make some modifications. I got the Bilstein 5100 set at 2.5” in the front with 1.5” in the rear. I’ve purchased the TRD Pro wheels and was wondering about tire size. Would i be able to fit a 285/70R/17 on my 4Runner without having to get a BMC? I’m only 17 so i don’t really know much. Any help is appreciated.

Welcome here! The humility you show talking about your age and knowledge is honorable, and refreshing. You will absolutely find tons of help here, you're in the right place.
    1. Subscribe to, and watch the Tinkerer's YouTube.
    2. Use the 4Runners.com "Search" feature. There is a whole wack of folks with a variety of 4R setups on 285's describing exactly what rubs and what didn't for them specifically.
    3. I installed Bilsteins on all four corners, 2" in front 3" in rear mind you, but also upgraded springs. Upgraded to 9" wide wheels,TRD PRO wheels are 7" wide compared to 7.5" on Off Road Pro but 285's will fit fine. Minimal rub, only in the fender at front of the front wheels, and I deleted front mudflaps.
    DO THE 285/70R17's!
    Goodluck
