Considering purchase of 92 4runner

    92 4runner sr5
    Should I buy it?

    92 4 runner sr5 190k and a blown engine. Actually a reman with 600 miles on it and it's knocking.

    What should I be looking for when I go to kick the tires . Can someone suggest any problem areas. Ie: usual rust spots. Common fail points etc . I can't test drive so my next question is should I bother or is the potential for a money pit too high. I'm not afraid of some work and it's a 92 so there will be some.

    Any comments are appreciated .
