2016 white 4Runner

Leveling kit

Just got a leveling kit put on and it threw the sensors off. Had to end up replacing the sensor wire. Now there is a weird pulsating feeling through the gas pedal and can't figure out what it is. Anyone else have this happen or have any ideas what could be going on?
