I’m getting ready to correct rhat annoying front rake stance on my tuck. After reading through so many of the threads on this topic I’ve decided to go with a set of Bilstein 5100s all the way around (with this kit as suggested in one of those threads).

Reading through the kit’s description I saw this disclaimer:

Not for TRD Pro Models: this kit will not fit on 4Runner TRD Pro models with OEM Fox or Bilstein shocks.

I’ve been confused on the difference between a TRD Off Road Pro vs. my TRD Off-Road Premium and can find no reference in my paperwork or manual on which is which. From what I can see that remains of the stickers, the shocks are marked Toyota with a stock number.

Will this kit fit my 2021 TRD Off Road Premium or do I need to find different kit?

Yes. You have an Off-Road Premium, so you should be fine.

The “TRD Pro” is the model this will not work on. There is no “Off-Road Pro” model.

Just ORP and Pro. So it seems like you’re good to go with the 5100s.

I have the Bilstein 5100’s all the way around in my 2022 Off Road Premium and I have been happy with them. I went with Toytec 3 inch springs in front and 2 inch springs in the rear. I also went with SPC front upper control arms. I have 285/70/17 tires on TRD Pro wheels. There is no tire rub whatsoever. The ride quality is great.

    Just a thought:

You might want to avoid a totally "level" stance if you ever tow or haul things in the cargo area to avoid ending up nose-high. Otherwise, carry on.

I have a Tacoma 4WD and an older Chevy Silverado if I did need to tow anything, which I don’t. I towed a small trailer once but that’s about it.
