I recently replaced my valve cover gaskets/half moons to solve a small leak I was experiencing...turns out that wasn't the issue. I'm convinced it's the rear cam seals. That's pretty much the only place left that it could be. Has anyone on here done this? Any tips or advice would be great! Thanks!

It's a pain in the ass if the heads are in. Basically tour going to do the valve cover gaskets again.

Best bet is to remove the valve covers, and then those very back caps that have the plugs in them. Clean everything well with brake parts cleaner, and use Toyota cam housing F.I.P.G around the plug, place the plug back and re install the cap. Torque on the cap doesn't really matter seeing as the cam doesn't reach that far, but if you must I think the torque is 11nm. Stinks to have to pull the valve covers again, but as long as you didn't use those ridiculous blue felpro gaskets you shouldn't have a problem re using them. Just be careful not to over tighten the covers, they are very susceptible to break if over tightened, the torque is very low, 9nm or so
