Bumper and roof rack questions

So i have three questions i figured can be answered in one post because i am sure you will have the answer to both.

1) i am looking for a roof rack. I am not a hardcore overlander so i dont need anything extreme, i just want something to put my recovery tracks on. I do have a few requests. One i like the look of a full roof rack not one that only goes half way. Second, i live in the south florida/ Miami area and i barely fit in parking garages, and still need to fit in one so i dont want anything to tall, if possible.

2) is there a hybrid rear bumper? I want to replace the silver piece in the rear to something black. I have been thinking of painting it or buy the trd pro piece, but i want to have rear led pods and tow hooks. Now i know the spare is located there and probably limits thinks so i figured id ask. I will leave the part below so people know what part i am talking about.

3) i am looking at a hybrid front bumper, i like the SSO and will be getting a 10k winch and tow hooks, but was wondering what people do about a front license plate on these bumpers. FL does not require one, bit might be moving in a few years and it would be a state that requires one, so i was wondering what you guys have done.

 

1) the goby stealth looks cool and is fairly low profile. Expensive though - I’ve started saving my pennies...

2 + 3) I changed both the front and rear valances recently. It involves removing the entire bumper for both which made my heart stop but wasn’t all that tough (especially for someone not accustomed to modifying cars at all like me). I found a ton of resources on this board that helped a ton. I loved the results. The front bumper has 2 dimples for the screwing in of the license plate holder. I suppose you can avoid drilling into those for the time being or you can just install the license plate onto the grill immediately above the bumper once you need it. Both valance pieces are plastic and likely easy to cut into for lighting or other mods.

 

I am not familiar with a hybrid / partial rear bumper.

You can buy a Hawse fairlead style mount that puts the plate over the winch and it will flip up or down as needed to operate the winch... but most people just ignore the law and run without a front plate.
