I just pick up this 1994 toyota 4Runner but when I drove home and made my U-turn outside my house the wheel fell off. I attached photos. I do not know what part I need to buy to fix it. I would appreciate anyone's input.

I would suggest taking the wheel off and giving us a good picture of what is there and what is broken. Looks to be a lot missing out of that picture.

So it looks exactly like the lower ball joint for sure. It was super vibrating upon bringing it home

I hope it's not terminal. I wanted this as a daily driver. It's in great shape besides this problem and minor interior wear and tear

Definitely need a new lbj or maybe just those 4 bolts. But I’d replace the lbj and put some loctite on those 4 bolts when installing and torque them to spec. Should be good afterwards.

Go buy a lotto ticket. For that lower ball joint to fail like it did and in your driveway, you got lucky. Lucky you weren't on the freeway. Get it up on a lift and pull that tire off. It looks like your lower ball joint sheared off, not terminal just bolt new stuff on and then get it aligned.

So the lower ball joint is held on by those 4 bolts? With two bolts missing and two sheered off, it makes one wonder if the vehicle had recent service that needed removal of this part.

I just cant imagine this coming apart for no reason. The two bolts still there wouldnt have sheered if the two other ones didn’t back out.
