Would you buy or too far gone?

This 2001 3rd Gen 4runner has 210,000 miles, good interior, perfect body, but the frame is rusted as shown in the photos. Other than a bad transfer case, it has no other mechanical issues and drives good in 2wd.
    Questions:
    • Would you buy this if for sale or is the rust too bad?
    • If I didn't sell and keep for a secondary car for just local driving less than 40mph, is the frame weldable to have it last for 2-3 more years?
    • If I were to sell, what's a fair price?
    Appreciate your input!

I'd sell and be up front with interested buyers and get something out of it.

I wouldn't weld it and I wouldn't ride in it unless the whole frame was replaced. Shit can still go bad at 40mph.

You can always part it out. I highly doubt anyone would knowingly buy a rust bucket like that but you never know.

I'm glad I'm not trying to sell anything with a frame in that condition. The last time I owned something like that I gave it away.

One-at-this-price stripper. Bought new 34 yrs ago, a $13K leftover. Added Detroit TruTrac, 1”rear spring spacer and “pinstripes”… Factory AC kit and roof rack bought at dealer cost at time of purchase, still blows ice cold 32yrs later. 2022 AG ORP all stock.
    Myself, I would definitely avoid.
