intermitant starting difficulties

    86 4runner
    86 stock sr22 sometimes it fires right up and sometimes you have to crank and crank and crank. Seems like it is not getting fuel. When it does start it runs fine. Throttle body sensor? If it is a throttle body sensor do any other Toyotas models/years match up as I go junkyarding that I could use to swap out?

    Look at this thread and RAD4runner's thread on T4R.. They have posted as lot about the TPS and certain issues...

    I think you meant 22re.. an SR22 Blackbird is a Stealth plane.. LOL!
