So my wife has a 2022 Trd Off Road Premium, not sure if the dash materials differ by package but hers is the kind of rough dimple material in black. We left our dog in her car to run inside a store for 5 minutes and it started storming, he’s deathly afraid and scratched the dash up like crazy. Any recommendations to get it out? It’s not marred up, it’s more like scratching your skin when you have dry skin.. any ideas?

I've had decent luck with plastic polish. not at home at the moment to check but I think I've used Mequires and/or Turtlewax products for this

The plastic polish is a good idea to try first.
I put a scratch on the glove box door while bringing home a long piece of PVC pipe. Fortunately, it wasn't too deep. Called an auto interior guy out to take a look. He fixed it in a jiffy. Even color match. Can't tell it was ever there.

The dash has a matte finish. Polish may change that, so if you polish areas, it might not look right with the rest of the dash. Maybe start with a good automotive interior cleaner that doesnt shine things up to see how much remains.

Anyone ever try putting some sort of PPF type stuff on these plastic bits? My wife is quite concerned about the glove box door because when we go on road trips she tends to drag her feet across it fairly regularly.
