Missing component for right rear mud flap...

Hi all,

I recently broke my right rear mud flap in an off-road trip and I am planning to buy a new one and install myself. My question is,

1. to install the mud flap, there should be something in the hole (red circle) in the figure below so screw can fit in. What is the name of the missing parts? Is it sold anywhere?
2. what is the name of the component in blue circle? I searched on toyota's website but nothing seems close...

PS: what will you do if you break the mud flaps? Will you install a new one or just leave it as it is?

 

I just removed mine and replaced them with revtek deletes. I think it looks better and the only change I noticed is a little more mud on the fenders.

 

I agree with them and Nano909 for sure. Delete those mud guards I bet it's gunna cost you an unrealistic price to replace OEM. When I gotta lift, the shop threw out the black plastic pieces you circled in blue. I took a sawsall to my stock flaps and turned them into flap deletes as well, $free.99. Then I invested in Kickback weighted bottom mudflaps, stainless hardware, and bolt them on for highway trips or towing.
