When did you change out your catalytic converters?

I got a 0420 code at 191k so bank 1. best suggestion for this issue anyone?

I'd start with seeing if replacing just the O2 sensor resolves the problem before spending the $$ on a replacement manifold cat.

Glad that worked for you. When I was recently dealing with a P0420 on my V8, replacing the O2 sensor took care of it initially but then it started coming back. I did some exhaust work and found the gaskets from the cat to the y-pipe were completely shot. Since replacing those, no more P0420. So it can be difficult to tell where the actual issue lies sometimes with these codes.
