So I have looked thought these threads and many people just give up and buy a new actuator for the TC when it binds up because they cannot figure out the timing. I am in the middle of this saga as I believe my 4Hi Low rod got bound up by the gasket getting sucked into space between the rod and actuator housing (bought it used and never was put in Low )
I think In the top part of the actuator, all the timing lines are set to 4WD high…
The question I have is, what needs lined up in the bottom part of the actuator? Can any one help?
A new one comes from the factory preset in 4WD HI so I assume the lower rod is out ( all the way the TC) but not clear on the gear positions for this? I see a few timing lines on the white gear and really none on the brown gearA32B73D9-4CC8-4CBC-90D2-4E2727D27D43.jpg
