Almost seems like a sales pitch for JBA LoL, although, I don't disagree with anything you posted. It's all FACTS, which is why I went with them on mine! I love my JBAs. Installed my arms on 01/02/2019, and not a single issue.

Yes. Theres a couple offset to backspacing calculators on the web if you want to check those numbers.

I've got to be honest, I've never seen anyone have tires make contact with the Dobinsons UCA's. I mean, if you put a 35" tire on stock wheels, I'm sure those would hit. For this reason, we don't list any backspacing anywhere.

I agree with what Accutune said as well. A centered wheel is usually the best way to go in my opinion.

@Crikeymike huge thanks do you have the Dobinsons UCA in stock? I’ll likely order them from Exit Off-road!

@Crikeymike thank you. I think you mentioned discount codes for forum members - are those available? I've seen you say in your signature but its not clear which is the code or if those codes are still available. I'll order from you either way!

The codes are private. But those UCA's have free shipping, so no more discounts on those anyway.

I run Dobinsons UCA on my rig. 285 with Wildpeak AT on bronze TRD Pro wheels on Eibach Stage 2 lift kit at 2.5 inch lift in the front. But I also got a BMC just because I was getting the lift, why not just get it done either. Been almost 2 years now since the lift and UCA, no issue on rubbing at all either. Like someone said earlier, I went with Dobinsons because of basically zero maintence. I don't offroad hard core but I am very happy with my purchase though. I bought mines from Dobinsons website and I had a code I think it was 5% or 10% off when I purchased it. Before I went with Dobinsons UCA, I contacted them directly asking a bunch of questions before making a purchase and the guy I was talking to gave me the code so I can conclude it was private.

    PS
They usually will have a code near the holidays, dang this brings back memories when I was still looking to buy UCA! :amen:Wow @Crikeymike I referenced you back on 12/11/2020! Thanks to you too I bought my Dobinsons lol!

Did they refer you to the JBA - UCA instructions, which explain which tires with which wheels might have an issue?

I went with wheel spacers to be sure on mine and am glad i did. The wheel spacers are the best thing going to plant the 4Runner to the road, huge difference.

Instead of spacers, wheels with negitive offset will also help it feel more planted. Just gotta watch that body mount, when going wider
