2014 Neglected by the previous owners 2020 is an abused former rental... 2023 New I've been buying above my pay grade ☹️
Although I am late to jump on the pile, Larry H Miller of Corona continues their sleazy ways.

I had three representatives, Rick, Beatrice and Luis all dicking around and not answering my questions directly. The one answer that they did give me was not itemized like I had requested. Then they had to go to put me on follow-up email lists and spam me as well. I took special time to reply telling them about my purchase of an even more expensive vehicle. Sadly, I think it is just the way Larry H Miller dealerships work. All over the place, not just Corona, but in the San Diego area as well.

While far, far, far from perfect, I have had okay luck with dealerships in the Wilson automotive group. I've bought three cars from those dealerships. The problem is that Toyota of Orange has lost out on four cars because of stupid things. One time I showed up and the certified used car was getting the sticker removed. The intake inspection technician didn't look carefully enough to see multiple body panels have been repainted. I showed up once and body panel rust on the roof was prevalent and very deep into the metal. 150 mile round trip to go get disappointed. All of that happened during the pandemic.

Other bad dealerships to stay away from include anything under the DCH and Lithia banners. I got a used car warranty in writing that they refused to honor. Ultimately, they bought the car back and added additional monies to cover expenses that I put into the vehicle during my time of possession..

Also, specifically, Thousand Oaks Toyota is to be avoided. They lied constantly and failed to do many things. I am contemplating signing on with a lawyer to aggressively go after them over a certified used vehicle that I bought from them. I shouldn't say contemplating, I am starting to take action... I am auditioning law firms.

Larry Miller dealership is a piece of s#*t. Prior to getting my PRO, I called about a 4runner OR in stock. Gave me the run around on the phone and ridiculous mark up. They also give me, take it or leave it attitude. Oh I sure as hell left them alright. Now and day, I don't even bother anymore with rude and self entitlement dealership. A month later, I got my PRO from Merced Toyota at MSRP. Quick and easy, best dealer so far.

I would call and report this dealership to your local BBB. People underestimate the power of the BBB
