Does anyone know a brand of spring compressors that work on dobinsons or most aftermarket coilovers? The common Maddox rentals wouldn’t fit inbetween the coils and I couldn’t budge the two nuts with my spanners at all.

Why not take it to a shop that has a wall mounted spring compressor? It shouldn't be that expensive to compress/swap springs or adjust them if thats what you need.

Most rentals are intended for heavy industry, not commercial mid weight trucks. A lot of tire shops that also do repairs hae spring compressors. Most would be willing to do it for you.

I rented a set from auto zone. I didn’t need to compress but just around 3 or so inches so it wasn’t too bad. I’d do it again for sure.
