What is the best method to mount these lights without drilling holes in the roof?

I have a 21 TRD Pro, also should I go with the universal 50” or 57”?

More info please? Do you have a roof rack? If so, which one? OEM or aftermarket?

No one makes, that I am aware, a "hoop" style like they do for Wranglers. The reason is most aftermarket hoop manufacturers utilize the bolts on the corner cover panels where the hood/fender/cab come together.

As for width, I would go no wider than 50" which I think is 5 lights wide.

Roof rack that is stock on the TRD pro OEM. The 8 pod kc lite is 50”. I was looking at the prinsu rack possibly but open to suggestions. They also said the Baja pods might be a better choice.

I would work backwards. Decide on the roof rack and then what lights. Personally, Prinsu, Cali Raised, Westcott, and several others utilzie 2x1" 80/20 style aluminum extruded cross bars. If you went with old school style rack like Front Runner or Gobi, then you have a round tube you can mount to up front. Whatever you decide, talk with the rack seller and ask them what options they recommend for rack lights. With 4Runners, most all have setups for LED light bars. My Cali raised rack does. They have a pretty cool setup where you can adjust the front fairing down to allow the light bar to shine, or up and as a full fairing which hides the lightbar from the front.

In addition, any light you mount on the front of a Pro style roof rack will bounce off the roof and really limit any proximal light to the road and only throw whats left far down the road since any light would sit so far back from the windshield area.

I will definitely be getting rid of the pro style oem rack. I’m thinking prinsu rack is the way to go but then I want to make sure I can mount the kc’s vs the Baja pods. I want to do the 50” kc gravity universal pods. Which is 8 lights.

I'd just talk to their CS. KC has great CS. I've had questions in the past and they are uber helpful.
