    Afternoon -

I’m in need of some advice. New to the forum. I have a 2018 4wd sr5 4Runner… I’m looking into a pro comp level kit 3/2…

to preface - I won’t be doing heavy off roading..… occasional light trail and sand as I live in Florida. I’m more so wanting a little more aggressive look without spending thousands…

I’m currently running the stock 265/70/17 with trd wheels. I do not plan on getting wheels anytime soon but do plan to upgrade the tires once I get the level kit…

I am also considering adding wheel spacers to give it a more aggressive stance and I like the tires to stand out a little bit… less than 1/2inch..

does anyone have a setup like this? After the level kit if I add 275 or 285 tire can I do wheel spacers without any additional mods for rubbing…

This is my 2016 SR5 with a 2/1 spacer kit and 275/70/17s. Wheels were on prior to the lift and had a slight rub at full lock in reverse when leaving my driveway. Totally gone after. Wheel offset is slightly wider than stock. That will make a big difference on if it rubs before or after you add wheel spacers.

How much wider were your 275s versus stock? I’m thinking I want a less than 1/2 inch wheel spacer if I can without rubbing and mods after 2/3 level
