So I use the usb port with my phone to listen to music and everything worked fine. I turn my car on and all of a sudden instead of it showing my iPhone name like usual it says “iPod”, as you can see from the picture. When I click on it, it either says “iPod authentication unsuccessful” OR it just shows a black screen. You can also see the musical note with the next to it and that was never there before either. Any way to fix this? I did a factory reset of the radio and still nothing. My Bluetooth works completely fine however.

could be the cord you're using? I get the same thing but I deleted the Apple Music app from my phone because it was driving me nuts starting music as soon as the phone connected, on my end I blamed it on that, but I can live with that error, I couldn't with the damn app always auto starting.
