    That is what i see too. Looks like it means they are "one of the 4040 40th anniversary 4Runners". Its not the first of 4040.

    I have to say, I'm not a fan of white vehicles, and I wasn't overly impressed with the 40th anniversary. However, a 40th anniversary in white looks amazing! Congrats and nice purchase!
