Help Needed with Front end Noise

2018 4Runner Trd Off road

3” ome , backwood bumper , 33s

What’s going on everyone. I am trying to tackle a front end growling noise at low speeds , definitely a rotational sound . It happend after a wheeling trip. 20-40 mph and a little at highway speeds. 2018 4Runner.
So far I have replaced tires, both wheel bearings , did the ecgs needle bearing swap and the drivers cv. I’m lost at this point!
Noise stays in 4wd ,

any input would be greatly appreciated
